Currently there are four guest rooms, each with a private bath. There is a full guest kitchen located on the second floor for your convenience if you'd like to refrigerate drinks, store a snack or cook a meal.  Each room also has wireless Internet access. Click here to visit our rooms.

We are three miles from the Village of Saranac Lake in the Adirondack Mountains nestled on over twenty wooded acres at the end of the road, on the water's edge of Lake Kiwassa. Click here for more on our locale.

Rates...
Room rates include a gourmet breakfast overlooking Kiwassa Lake. Payment is required upon check in and may be made by cash, check or Travelers Check. Credit cards are not accepted.  Click here to learn more about guest rooms &  rates.

Facilities...
Access to 23 miles of waterway. The grounds are heavily wooded and offer peace and solitude for hiking and cross country skiing. More about the lake.

Notes...

Check-Out time is 10:30am. 

Regular check in time is 3 to 9p.m. Please call in advance for arrival after 9p.m. Earlier arrivals are accommodated if rooms are available.

Payment is required upon check in and may be made by cash, check or Travelers Check. Credit cards are not accepted. 

The B& B does not meet the needs of children under the age of 12. 

No pets please (note: owner has one dog on the property). 

Smoking is allowed outside on the porches or decks only. 

Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions.
