The oversized suites at this Adirondack Bed & Breakfast each have their own private bath and are quite different from one another. Guests can choose from amenities such as a fireplace, a deep soaking tub and balconies. Kiwassa Lake B&B is known for its meticulous amenities, gourmet Adirondack breakfasts and an innkeeper that makes you feel at home.

Rates are based on double occupancy and vary by time of year, length of stay and number of guests. In the peak season and holidays, there is a 2 night minimum and premium rates are charged. In the off season, guests can enjoy the same top notch service and amenities at less expensive rates. Guests are strongly encouraged to review the reservation details and property policy prior to booking a reservation.

Regular check in time at this Adirondack B&B is 3pm. Please call in advance for arrival after 9 p.m. Earlier arrivals are accommodated if rooms are available. Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
