experience
the adirondacks
As a compliment to your stay with
us, we can help you arrange an adventure to help you truly
experience the Adirondacks. The adventure entails a canoe/camping trip
that takes advantage of the scenic Saranac chain of lakes and
public, state owned campsites amidst the forested Adirondack
State park.
Park your
car at the B&B and your innkeeper will then drop you off with your gear,
including canoe/kayak, at Lower or Middle Saranac Lake where camping
is available on an Adirondack island. At that point, your
adventure will begin! Navigate your way back to Kiwassa Lake through
the Lower Saranac Lake locks including, if you desire, a night
camping during your trek back. Camping will
need to be arranged by you through New York
State campgrounds at "Reserve
America".
