Weekend Nightly Minimums~
- June 1st through September 30th
weekends subject to a 2-night minimum.
- Holiday and event weekends year
round subject to a 3-night minimum included, but not limited to,
Martin Luther King Weekend, President's Weekend, Winter
Carnival, Columbus Day, etc...
Check-in & Check-out~
- Check-in is from 3pm
- Check-out is 10:30am
- If
you will be checking in after 9pm, or if you need to make special arrangements for early
check-in, please let us know ahead of time.
Reservations, deposits &
cancellations
- Reservations are held with cash, personal check, traveler's check or money order in the
amount of one-half amount due. Sorry, we do not accept
credit cards.
- We have a no cancellation policy. Deposit is
non-refundable.
- Reserving the entire inn, which
includes all 4 rooms + breakfast, requires
a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 and minimum 30 days
cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 30 days
notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless
the inn can be re-booked.
- Room rates are subject to
applicable taxes. Prices quoted are per night, double
occupancy and tax is extra. An additional person, $50.
- All rooms include a full gourmet,
Adirondack breakfast for two.
- Payment: Personal check,
traveler’s check or cash.
Other stuff~
- The B& B does not meet the needs of
children under the age of 12.
- No pets please (note: owner has one dog on
the property).
- Smoking is allowed outside on the porches
or decks only.
- Please let us know in advance of any
dietary restrictions.
